Martha’s is a small yet fine slow-food restaurant in the heart of Stuttgart, situated right at Schlossplatz (Palace Square).

Prepared with passion and love and far from mass fast food, our guests enjoy high-quality slow food made of regional products–traditionally cooked, without the use of flavour enhancers, and respecting humans, animals, and the environment. Conscious and down-to-earth cuisine.

Regional cuisine that is simply delicious.

Martha’s is a member of the Schmeck den Süden (“Taste the South”) association of restaurant owners, bringing a “piece of home” to your table. Be it juicy meat or fresh vegetables: All essential ingredients are from Baden-Württemberg (Ländle). Verifiable and controlled. Regional and seasonal ingredients.

Currywurst and much more

Our Swabian currywurst (a speciality of sliced sausage smothered in curry powder and ketchup) comes from the Stauferico® gourmet pig or from the Boeuf de Hohenlohe cattle (100% beef). It is served with Martha’s specially created curry sauce. Side dishes are chips or our fresh coarse rye bread.

Sophisticated and delicious: This is how we take our Flammkuchen (a regional crispy thin-crust pizza) out of the oven. Amazingly thin, savoury or sweet, and with light and fresh toppings, this is a real delight. We also offer vegan options, of course.

Martha’s is mobile. With her catering services, Pia Nowotny sets culinary trends at birthday parties, company celebrations, summer parties, board meetings, or anniversaries. You can also rent Martha’s for your own exclusive parties.

We have a responsibility for future generations. This is why short transportation routes and regional products are important to us. Our packaging solutions “to go” are climate-neutral.
